Everything was great, greatly enjoyed our very nice stay. Location in the heart of the city was a plus. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to Meraki Bakery to relax and grab some food. The breakfast was delicious and the entire staff was very very helpful.

The smiley staff made me feel like a queen. The ancient house was so creaky, it was like being in a horror movie. Great location in the center of everything.
The lack of soundproofing really added to the thrilling experience of hearing my neighbors' every move.

This charming hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to everything. the room was comfortable and well-maintained, with beautiful architecture and spotless floors. the friendly and accommodating staff provided helpful recommendations and even organized complimentary extras like foot massages and boat trips. the breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel offered access to a pool at their sister hotel. Everything was conveniently located in the old town, and the balcony provided a great view of the street.
Due to its historical construction, noise from neighboring rooms could be heard.

The hotel itself is a jaw-dropping heritage building with a super magical atmosphere. Our traditional room with all mod cons was mind-blowing, and the location in the heart of the old town was perfect. The friendly staff arranged taxis and motorcycle taxis for us, and the complimentary massage was a fantastic way to end our stay. Absolutely fantastic hotel for a magical town!

The hotel's elegant, classic decoration takes you back in time and makes you feel like you're a part of Hoi An's rich history. The antique furniture and oriental rugs add to the charm and provide a warm and cozy atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel, such as the wooden balcony with its red lanterns, are beautifully preserved and glow with a hauntingly beautiful light. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible and comfortable, with everything conveniently located within walking distance.
The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is a little more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were friendly and helpful, it would have been nice to have a dedicated staff member available specifically for the needs and questions of senior guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel. The friendly staff made us feel right at home and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The property may be old, but it is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the ancient town. We loved the delicious dinner that was offered by the hotel, and the breakfast with Vietnamese coffee was a treat. Staying in such a traditional building was a unique and wonderful experience. We wish we could have stayed longer!
We felt like royalty during our stay and have no complaints.
